Consumer Narrative
I had two XXXX XXXX from ECSI consolidated into a single consolidated loan with XXXX on XX/XX/2022. ECSI has repeatedly told me that they have not received payment despite the fact that I have sent them multiple documents showing otherwise. They are continuing to charge me interest and late fees and refuse to cancel the loans. I have contacted them various times and get that same response that they have not been paid by XXXX.
