On XX/XX/XXXX I sent an investigation letter, certified, to all 3 credit bureaus. XXXX, XXXX and Equifax due to a multitude of inaccuracies I found on my credit report/consumer report. ( the certified mail reciepts will be attached as evidence ) I highlighted boldly for the to INVESTIGATE CONSUMER REPORT Ther response was the information was accurate, they did not inform me of the methods used to verify these accounts and clearly they did not abide by the guidelines set for by 15 U.S.C 1681 because The term investigative consumer report means a consumer report or portion thereof in which information on a consumers character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews with neighbors, friends, or associates of the consumer reported on or with others with whom he is acquainted or who may have knowledge concerning any such items of information. Hence, XX/XX/XXXX i sent three more certified letters, stating I have previously requested that you investigate, and you have failed to inform me of the methods utilized to verify and validate these reporting, correct the errors, but you are still reporting on my credit report. Now is not the time to update, I demand that you immediately delete this inaccurate & incomplete information from consumer report as prompted by 611-15 U.S.C 1681 ( i ) ( 5 ) ( A ) ( i ). I also filed this complaint with you, the CFPB, the supporting complaint ID 's are as follow : 1. XXXX 2. XXXX 3. XXXX As a result, between XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX XXXX all the accounts have now been updated but still not removed as prompted and i clearly stated Now is not the time to update, I demand that you immediately delete this inaccurate & incomplete information from consumer report as prompted by 611-15 U.S.C 1681 ( i ) ( 5 ) ( A ) ( i ). My rights to investigation has been disregarded and violated, my 30 response was violated, everything about this is unfair, this clearly is a indication that the 3 Bureaus believe they are above the law.
