In XX/XX/2022 I went on XXXX platform and XXXX of theyre merchants called XXXX was advertising a pair of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX said came no original box because they were from a outlet store and had red slash marks on inside boots tags for same reason well I had no idea that was a lie until I received the counterfeit XXXX I took them to XXXX outlet in person who confirmed they never sell theyre boots no original box or with red slashes on inside tags they also compared the boots I received to same exact ones they sell and showed me the ones I received have no serial numbers on inside tags and said all original XXXX will have serial numbers on inside tags I tried returning these to merchant they said within XXXX days but I am XXXX XXXX I needed time to go to outlet store to confirm they were counterfeit I chatted with merchant explained I had confirmed them to be counterfeit and wanted loan cancelled and my payment made refunded and wanted to return them not at my shipping cost at theyre shipping cost since theyre fake they refused so I contacted XXXX multiple times about this they refuse to cancel this loan also and let me return them they expect me to pay XXXX for fake boots tteyre are multiple other complaints on XXXX from other customers who purchased boots from this merchant about them selling counterfeit XXXX to my knowledge this is against the law I can not afford to pay fur counterfeit XXXX if I knew they were knock offs I would certainly never made purchase and now XXXX out theyre loan on my credit report telling me I still have to pay for them they and theyre merchant broke the law selling fake merchandise this is completely unfair to me as a innocent buyer
