What more do I need to send as evidence? I was told, because I never sent payments through XXXX XXXX to Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo has a history of illegal business practices for at least 20 years. I was also told, because Wells Fargo, if I had records of transactions, but unless I could show proof of said transactions the complaint has been submitted as closed. I managed to actually find some past records. The whole premise of you never sent wires and we have no records of them. I had made wire transfers as early as XXXX. The same time period that Wells Fargo as a company wide, known illegal, basically criminal activity. I have sent document after document, to get no answer or response. Every piece of paper I sent, disproving everything lie that was stated in the response letter from the Wells Fargo closing the case. So I have proven that not only did they lie and cover up, they are still lying and trying to figure some legal loophole. If Wells Fargo wasnt find guilty for this same illegal practices. Had they not diverted funds to bogus accounts only to disappear and not traceable. XXXX XXXX dollar fine confirms their illegal activity during this time period. We have been the victims of Wells Fargo for 19 years, 19 years of lies deceit and criminal activity, established guilt XX/XX/XXXX when the courts levied the largest fine to date. Ive done everything I can to prove the out right lies and the continuing lies.
