I had a car financed thru first investors that got stolen and I was told I had a balance left. I had gap insurance and on my credit report it was charged off and paid in full. Then a company call Autovest.llc. Bought it and is trying to garnish my wages when I never had debt with them. I informed them it agains the law to do that but went to another county in oHio and went to court without me knowing with falsified paperwork and claim I owe them money.
