Majority of the account information is inaccurate, the open dates and last active dates are never matching on any information originally. Due to noncompliance with 15 U.S. Code 1681 ( e ) ( B ) and XXXX XXXX Compliance Standards, I would like to request that this account be removed from my credit report as soon as possible.
