A car was purchased with my name forged and social security used without my permission. My mom died and left the car debt with me, and I was not able to pay for a car I did not purchase. I explained to Exeter finance LLC that the car did not belong to me and that I did not purchase this car. The original balance on my credit report states XXXX. They repossessed the car and left a current balance of XXXX on my credit report. It is affecting my credit score and hindering me from getting approved for any other loans. This is a violation of the FCRA and is in violation of Exter finance LLC compliant reporting standards. According to the Fair credit reporting act I have the right to a completely accurate credit report, and you are required to remove any information that is not true, verifiable, and accurate. I would like for this to be immediately removed off my credit report.
