LATE PAYMENTS SHOWING XXXX DAYS LATE ON MY CREDIT REPORTS FROM XXXX DURING THE PANDEMIC. I CALLED XXXX XXXX MORTGAGE AND MADE THEM AWARE OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP DURING THIS TIME DUE TO LOSS OF EMPLOYMENT. I WAS TOLD THAT DUE TO CARES ACT THAT THE PAYMENTS WOULD NOT BE SHOWN AS LATE. THESE ACCOUNTS HAVE ALL BEEN PAID AND THE MORTGAGE WAS SOLD/TRANSFERRED TO XXXX MORTGAGE SERVICES XX/XX/2021 AND HAS SINCE BEEN SOLD AND THE ACCOUNT CLOSED. PAID IN FULL. I HAVE DISPUTED WITH THE CREDIT BUREAUS AND NO CHANGE HAS BEEN MADE AND IS STOPPING ME FROM OBTAINING A NEW MORTGAGE LOAN. PLEASE CORRECT THE INNACURATE INFORMATION TO THE XXXX CREDIT BUREAUS BY REMOVING THE LATE PAYMENTS AND UPDATING TO PAID ON TIME.
