Consumer Narrative
PayPal send me an email that I am permanently limited to use PayPal. Because of that I can't withdraw my funds and received payments from my clients. I ask them what is the main reason, but they did not give any. I give them all the documents to confirm my identity such as passport, Contact number, bank accounts, profession and Certificate, but still, they did not restore my account and they hold my funds.
