I placed an order through walmart.com and unfortunately never received a merchandise I said inform Walmart that I never received the product and they informed me that it wasnt anything I can do I have time to dispute with capital one bank, and they also have not done with your diligence to help me resolve this claim. I have requested for capital one to submit their proof or findings of me having this product, and I have had no substantial answer from them. As of todays date, they just want me to pay for a product that Im not a possession of.
