I paid off the entire amount owed on the personal loan which was {$700.00} us dollars on approximately XX/XX/2022. Upgrade is stating that they never received the payment, they only received the {$300.00} payment toward my credit card account. Upgrade has now charged off the account as unpaid with an amount that is inaccurate ( not sure of total amount ). I have contacted Upgrade several times trying to resolve the issue and even spoke with a manager, sent a copy of my bank statement showing the amount and date the payment was made. The issue has yet to be resolved and they have sent petters in the mail and via email stating that I owe money and that my loan account has been charged off.The payment is page 5 of the screenshot l, line item number 2. Please help.
