Wells Fargo repossessed my vehicle in XX/XX/2022. I had paid months in advance and had a credit of over XXXX on my account I had lost my job and asked them could they apply the credit towards payments until I start working again. Initially they said okay and a month later I was told they could not apply the credit. And they took my vehicle. I was like XXXX months behind at the time when I asked for the credit to be applied to my car note. My note was {$490.00} and I made several payments of XXXX and was continuing to make monthly payments in addition to this. Wells Fargo is currently being sued for what they did to customers and I think I qualify to get paid from the judgment
