See Attached, ( if attachment is Error or failed to download document ) Read, The Identified Transactions are Not information related to Any transaction by me as the consumer. They are violating my rights as the consumer and I request them to remove these fraudulent reports from my report, and to Block and Delete. These accounts are using my Social Security Number ( SSN # ), without my written permission or instructions to do so. Also, I have no Binding Contract with them, I have no account with them. No transactions have ever been made as the consumer with these companies, and they are using my Social Security Number for Gain and ProfiXXXX. Identity Theft Report FTC Report Number XXXX These accounts are fraudulently opened. -CXXXX XXXX XXXX, ( Management ) XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX ) XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX I don't owe any of these accounts or companies and I did not give my Social Security Number to any of these companies to share. Thats a violation of multiple accounts and I should be compensated for Damaging my credit and Data Breach. Nothing on my consumer reports on the 3 Bureaus, XXXX, Equifax, XXXX. Nothing match on Open Dates and Times, the balance does not match, and the name on 2 accounts are in the name of someone's else or similar, ( Department of Education ). And I would like that to be removed and deleted for incorrectly reporting, I do not own that account, but it keeps reporting, closing the account, open the account and then transferring the account. I don't know what's going to happen next. but everything needs to be removed that are not reporting accurately. I ask via certified mail to remove all incorrect information and send me an updated copy of my consumer report, I yet have seen it in my mailbox. that's been 3 months ago. the last recent certified mail was XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX, Equifax, and XXXX. I have not received an updated copy of my consumer report to gauge.
