When I apply for a Capital One credit card I get the following credit decision : Cant process or open any Capital One credit card accounts due to prior Capital One Bank credit card accounts. I paid in full the Capital One Bank XXXX account ending in XXXX to a debt collection company on XX/XX/XXXX and Capital One Bank account ending in XXXX was discharged under XXXX XXXX bankruptcy in the United States District Court District of Minnesota Bankruptcy Court on XX/XX/XXXX. I have settled all outstanding account balances of prior Capital One Bank accounts. I should now be able to apply for a Capital One Bank secured credit card to rebuild my credit.
