The consumer reporting agency never had a permissible purpose Under 1681 b ( 2 ) to furnish anything on my consumer report. I never consented to this report in the first place. Under 15 USC 1681a ( 3 ), the consumer reporting agency assumed this role without permission, not only that, you did not have consent. You guys did not respect my right to privacy which is under 15 USC 1681a ( 4 ). The consumer reporting agency did not exercise their grave responsibility, they were unfair and partial.
