Consumer Narrative
Im 2008, the housing market crashed. Wells Fargo played a huge role in that. How do you pay for a loan modification, only to have the loan of XXXX XXXX, turn into through the modified loan, was to help us. It went from XXXX and a reasonable payoff date to XXXX. And extended payoff and a payment plan that would never be paid off. After XXXX we still owe XXXX XXXX on a loan that originally started at XXXX! Had Wells Fargo applied the actual payments we made to the mortgage, instead, we were lied to and forced into a never possibility paid for loan. We have sent enough to prove Wells Fargo has lied and is continuing to lie
