As of XX/XX/XXXX I was approve for a settlement of {$24000.00} for over rated priced vehicle XXXX XXXX XXXX brought from XXXX XXXX in XXXX NC for above {$27000.00} + at minimum of 24 % XXXX making payments of $ XXXXmonthly to flagship credit acceptance. They are in process now to repo as I had some financial hardship temporarily but currently I received a new job offer and additional job offers as well so financially I'm paying off all debts one by one. XXXX XXXX has been sued for fraud related events to other customers and I have also worked with individuals to lease out the vehicle and also notify them of financing it. My request is to have flagship credit acceptance to remove this loan from all my bureaus and when I received the settlement letter via email was after requesting three different settlement rejects one for {$15000.00} ( which XXXX dealership in XXXX NC appraise the vehicle but flagship did not work with me ) and again I requested settlement for {$20000.00} flagship again rejected. Please assist me in getting this auto loan lender remove from my bureau.
