I made Equifax aware that XXXX XXXX XXXX is a negative mark found on my credit reports was due to Identity Theft and they have not blocked and delete this debt collector and it has been past 4 days. I am aware Equifax have four days to block and delete any negative items due to identity theft. I have made Equifax aware failure to respond within receipt of this dispute may result in small claims legal action against your company at my local venue. I would be seeking a minimum of {$1000.00} in damages per violation for : Defamation Negligent Enablement of Identity Fraud Violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( including but not limited to Section 807-8 ) Violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( including but not limited to Section 623-b )
