I was scheduled to make my first payment XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$770.00}. I opted for a new due date. I wanted to change the date from the XXXX to the XXXX of the month. In order for this to happen, I had to make a payment {$230.00} to carry me over to the XXXX of XXXX. I made a {$250.00} payment. When the XXXX of XXXX came around they were stating I was late. I called back. I explained what I did to change the date. The representative did not seem to understand. To avoid arguing, I made promise to pay the remaining {$530.00} before the XXXX of the month in order to setup the new due date. I made a payment of {$530.00} on the XXXX of XXXX. Today I received notification that my account had been drafted in the amount of {$530.00} again. I feel like I'm being taken advantage of and they are not trying to listen and properly resolve the matter. I only want to make my payments on time and pay on the XXXX of the month. I am upset right now because the took {$530.00} from that I do not recall authorizing, plus stating I was behind on my payments. I wanted my money back but I'm not sure this matter will be resolved accordingly.
