I leased a 2020 Honda Clarity PHEV from Honda financial services ( HFS ) in XX/XX/XXXX. My lease is ending soon, so I decided to buy the vehicle on XX/XX/XXXX for {$17000.00}. I was informed that my title was mailed on XX/XX/XXXX. The title was mailed to a different address than the one I requested on the title release form I sent to Honda Financial Services. After two weeks of not receiving the title in the mail, I contacted Honda and was told my account was closed as the title had been mailed and all I could do was wait for the title to arrive in the mail. It has been over 45 days since I was told the title has been mailed and I still have not received my title in the mail. I spoke with a representative at Honda Financial Services ( XXXX ), who said HFS will send some documents to request a duplicate title. I am still waiting on those documents. I do not know what else to do. I have purchased the car but am missing a very important document, the title. Please assist me with getting the title from Honda as soon as possible.
