I signed up for a Self secured credit card. They are holding {$200.00} of my money as security. I never received the card, it was never active yet they charged my bank account a {$25.00} minimum payment. The balance was XXXX and they charged {$25.00} and do not show a credit. This is in addition to an annual fee of {$25.00}. ( Two separate charges ). I spent XXXX minutes on the phone explaining this to them but the agent tried to convince me for XXXX minutes that the minimum payment deducted was actually the annual fee. I called them back later to close the card but i was bounced around from department to department, but no one would close the account and refund the {$220.00}. I tried again later and it was the same situation. I do not have the card number because i never received it. In my opinion self.inc is a business acting fraudulently and should not be allowed to operate a credit card company. I am sure that you had many other complaints. I would like to get my money back and hope you will restrict them from operating a credit card scam.
