Hello, I received my complaint response from RELIANT LLC, and I have read the information that was sent back to me in which I have questions. I see were it states that yes I did ask if there was an option to pay for delete, and you do no not offer that service. I also see were it states that Reliant is NOT reporting to the credit agencys. What do you mean exactly? Do I pay RELIANT, and then you report to the agencys that it is paid for? Yes I did speak with a person who is a representative ( 1 ) time from RELIANT. When you say ( 3 ) times to my line from RELIANT in which I did say there were multiple calls to my line that is correct. More than ( 1 ) is multiple calls to my personal phone line. A recorded line should prove and indicate of one recorded phone call with a male representative on XX/XX/2022 like you stated. Only one call. I have asked for ( 4 ) items to be sent to my mailing address you have one file. In this complaint, you have sent me ( 22 ) copys of paperwork from XXXX XXXX and also including RELIANT. I have yet to see a copy of my contract in which I have asked for. I see my billing statement, I see a copy of RELIANT LLC letter and it keeps repeating to the last page. Where is my contract that I have asked for more than once? I am trying to work with you to get this resolved in the best way possible. Can you tell me what I can do to make Mende meet to get this closed account off of my reports? Possible paying 50 %? Please help me get this resolved. Thank you.
