On XX/XX/XXXX i sent a Certified letter to XXXX and National Recovery Agen About the No Surprise Act. Both companies received the letters on XX/XX/XXXX. The Investigation was verified on XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, TX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX To : Whom it may Concern, This account listed below is a complete VIOLATION of the NO SURPRISE ACT, DLELETE The listed account below immediately from my Credit Report. National Recovery Agen Original Creditor : XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX Account # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX, PA XXXX As of XX/XX/XXXX, an amendment to Regulation F, which implements the FDCPA, says that a debt collector can't report a debt to the three major credit reporting agencies, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX, before first contacting the consumer.
