I filled a complaint late last year and Capital One Banking has then sense completely ignored me, I have reached out with no call back. My point of contact is XXXX at the presidents office, I have left him several voice mails and not once has he called me back to resolve this issue since my first CFPB case was closed. They instructed we needed to have our backs recall wires to resolve the issue and have been completely ignored on that side too, our backs haven't heard from anyone at Capital One Bank since late XXXX. It's almost like they want to keep my {$110000.00}. I am on the verge of losing my home due to these funds being on hold for about 6 months completely unexceptable and completely unprofessional, by far the worst banking experience of my life, XXXX if you read this call me ( Finally ) XXXX XXXX.
