I bought my XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX CA XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. The car was sold for {$43.00} XXXX. But when you add the finance charges, the Total sale Price is {$58000.00}. Thus the difference between the actual cost of car and the Total Amount that I am paying is a whooping sum of {$15000.00}. The financier is Hyundai Finance. It is believed that having made a profit of {$15000.00} from a client for whom you had sold a used XXXX XXXX at an exorbitant Amount of {$43000.00}, would make this XXXX merchants sheath their knives. But it didn't, rather they continued their extortion scheme by introducing accessing fees each time I make a payment. The monthly payment is {$790.00}. Each time I make this payment I am forced to make an accessing fee of {$3.00} if I use the automated phone line or more if a caller from their call center collects the money over the phone. Last month, I could not make a one time payment due to inflation and bad economics in the state of the nation ; so I called Hyundai Finance and informed them that I would split my payments in two installments. First {$400.00} made before XXXX timeline and the balance made shortly after. The automated system collected the accessing fees of {$3.00} the first half payment of {$400.00} and equally collected another {$3.00} for the balance of {$390.00} paid on another date. I called Hyundai Finance to complain that this a rip off and is tantamount to stealing and a ploy to keep me indebted to them forever. I informed them that I had bought a car already before I stumbled into them. The car was a XXXX XXXX. And on quote " I AM not being charged any accessing or additional fees to make my monthly payments till date through the multiple avenues they provided for payment " And also the Finance charges from the Financier of the XXXXXXXX XXXX were far much less. I demanded for full refund of all the accessing fees I have paid till date, on the XXXX XXXX XXXX model and total withdrawal of the accessing fees. They declined. They are also asking for late fees notwithstanding that I .made a committal fee of {$400.00} within the required period and informed them of the date for the next payment. Recently they said they have opened a website for the option to pay without fees. I am not able to use the website option moreover internet access is required to use it. Also the car Amount of {$43000.00} was hiked to {$43000.00} on their paper correspondence with no Justification or explanation whatsoever. Their interest is not debt recovery. It's all about keeping me indebted forever. This XXXX merchants should be stopped Forthwith from doing business in the United States of America
