In reference to a Charge-Off, Written-Off Amount, and Balance Amount appearing on my personal credit report for XXXX BANK XXXX XXXX XXXX I recently received notice in a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX, from DNF ASSOCIATES LLC that a FORM OF ASSIGNMENT AND BILL OF SALE closing date occurred on XX/XX/XXXX. Which also acknowledged in the FORM OF ASSIGNMENT AND BILL OF SALE that the closing date for Pools shall be on or about XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX BANK XXXX XXXX continues to update and modify the Charge-Off, Written-Off Amount, and Balance Amount in violation of 15 U.S.C. 1681g. XXXX BANK XXXX XXXX continues to report a Charge-off, Written-Off Amount, and Balance Amount at the same time that would be inaccurate, false, and incorrect. While at the same time, DNF ASSOCIATES LLC alleges to be the owner of a FORM OF ASSIGNMENT AND BILL OF SALE closing date that occurred on XX/XX/XXXX. Yet, DNF ASSOCIATES LLC failed to validate how debt is owed by me to XXXX BANK XXXX XXXX in a contractual agreement that expressly identifies my full social security number and accurate signature. DNF ASSOCIATES LLC fails to validate the specific form of assignment that carries the contractual agreement with it. I dispute that XXXX BANK XXXX XXXX is my original creditor and that XXXX BANK XXXX XXXX is my creditor past or present. I further dispute that DNF ASSOCIATES LLC is my creditor or current creditor and dispute that DNF ASSOCIATES LLC holds enforceable security interest to collect on a debt in their name as my creditor. DNF ASSOCIATES LLC is not my creditor and should be removed from my credit report as my creditor. DNF ASSOCIATES LLC failed to timely validate the debt that is alleged to be owed to XXXX BANK XXXX XXXX. DNF ASSOCIATES LLC has no right to collect any debt for this account from XXXX BANK XXXX XXXX that was transferred or sold. XXXX BANK XXXX XXXX through admission from DNF ASSOCIATES LLC of a FORM OF ASSIGNMENT AND BILL OF SALE has no right to report any such Balance Amount on my personal credit report. The Charge-off, Written-Off Amount, and Balance Amount are incorrect, inaccurate, and false reporting.
