Dear TransUnion Bureau, I am a victim of an Identity Theft and this is my official statement for dispute. I have accounts on my credit report that dont belong to me. I have never own that accounts and I have had contacted you several times but you never helped me. I enclosed in this letter an Identity Theft report and notarized Affidavit proving that these accounts were opened due to fraudulent actions. I am also attaching a copy of my Drivers License and a copy of my SSN to verify. Please remove these accounts or at least let me know what else I should provide you.
