In XX/XX/XXXX I received an email from my bankruptcy attorney XXXX XXXX regarding a back payment on my mortgage XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in the amount of XXXX dollars line XXXX in this paperwork states the motion is denied. this Mortgage was sold to Midland Mortgage XX/XX/XXXX. Knowing I was behind I wanted a clean slate with the new lender and sent them a cashiers check from my bank in the amount of XXXX dollars XX/XX/XXXX and according to the transaction history I recently requested from Midland mortgage because it's blocked were I can't access online this was never applied to my mortgage. This caused my escrow account insufficient. on XX/XX/XXXX I received notice of postpetition fees, expenses, and changes for late fees. for XXXX dollars. Most resent I received a notice of mortgage change dated XXXX to the amount of XXXX from XXXX. As of XX/XX/XXXX all my payments that I pay thru my bank are recorded as misc receipt. Midland mortgage have not applied all the payment since they acquired my mortgage.
