Regarding Case # XXXX. Update -- I contacted Equifax on XX/XX/2023 for an update. XXXX ( customer representative ) and XXXX ( manager for Equifax ) stated they have nothing from me regarding removing my student loans. I said I uploaded my information online on XX/XX/2023 ( see attached. ) Equifax claimed they had not received my documents and stated they would not remove them. They are shredding my documents and not resolving this on my credit report. This impacts my credit score, so I can not move into my apartment without this information being updated correctly.The issue has been resolved with Department of Education, and Equifax refuses to fix this.
