I acquired my credit report and asked the credit bureaus to check and make sure that everything was accurate and complete according to 15 USC 1681i ( 5 ) I have waited 30 days and received my investigation and Ive notice everything was still the same. The consumer reporting agency which is TransUnion did not remove or modify anything. The date open is not correct, date last active is not correct on all three credit reports, date of last payment is not correct on all three reports Which is a violation. This is really impacting me from buying a house for my family and a purchasing a vehicle. I am emotionally distressed, heartbroken and depressed because of this matter. Ive attached my previous credit report and my new credit report to show how transunion violated my rights.
