Fraud was reported to the Account on XX/XX/XXXX at approximately XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX ( the same day ) Capital One determined quote believe you or another account user benefited from the transactions which could not be farther from the truth. As I explained to the multiple representatives I spoke with, I have a proven track record of paying my account in full and on time. I have never missed a payment. Why would I all of the sudden have bounced payments and charge up a $ XXXX balance on a card with a XXXX limit? I am not benefiting from this because it is affecting my credit report and Im being liable for charges that I did not approve. Capital One advertises a Zero Liability Fraud program yet doesnt even look into a fraud report for more than 24 hours from a valuable customer who has a PROVEN track record of responsible credit use and timely payments.
