On XXXX I sent my dispute letters to the debt collection companies and I still haven't heard anything from you. XXXXYou have violated my rights Under Section Section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( a ) they are required to provide me a contract with my signature on it. You haven't provided me with anything, which is illegal. XXXXUnder 15 USC 1692 ( a ) You were to notify me in 5 days after their intinial communication. I haven't heard from them at all which is in violation of this law 3. Under 15 USC 1692 ( e ) You have been fasely representing the legal status of debt which is out of statue of limitations and they can legally collect. A copy of this will be CC to FTC XXXX ATTORNEY GENERAL
