Consumer Narrative
I had a car unfairly repossessed by Wells Fargo around XXXX, they admitted in late XXXX that the repossession was due to the bank not applying for the payments in time. I was sent a form to apply for financial compensation that I filled out and sent back but never received any response. The impact this has caused on me financially is still being felt due to the damage it caused to my credit. Ive just learned about the class action lawsuit against Wells Fargo in regards to this matter, Im trying to find out if I was listed in the lawsuit and or be added to the lawsuit for financial compensation.
