XXXX and Experian have not resolved my dispute issues. They are still reporting multiple inaccurate collections and accounts. XXXX has not added my current XXXX XXXX accounts that they removed inaccurately. I had 3 credit accounts with XXXX XXXX that XXXX removed on purpose to mess up my credit. I have called to rectify this issue and the agent was impossible to work with. He would not answer any of my questions and refused to assist me. This issue has still not been resolved. They removed accounts in good standing and left an account that was inaccurate from XXXX XXXX on my credit. They also left several accounts from XXXX XXXX on my account that were inaccurate. Experian and XXXX are both reporting the number of collections and amounts inaccurately. Neither have done investigations to properly verify and validate the accuracy of these accounts. XXXX is the only credit report that is currently reporting accurately. They found these XXXX accounts to be inaccurate and have removed them from my reports. Experian and XXXX, please be advised that each inaccuracy will cost you up to {$1000.00} per inaccuracy. If this is not fixed immediately, I expect to hire counsel and collect on these amounts from the both of you. XXXX is accurate, Experian and XXXX are not reporting accurately and they are not conducting investigations of disputes properly, because if they were, these collections would have been removed like they were with XXXX, and XXXX would have never removed my three positive good standing accounts with XXXX XXXX.
