I purchased a vehicle from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. In less than 6 months, the vehicle began having issues with the AC and I had to spend money to have the vehicle repaired which caused me to fall behind in payments. I also needed to purchase a battery which was reimbursed for by the car copy. I explained to Global lending Services the situation with the repairs and was told that I basically had no choice but to pay. I offered to have the late payments out on the back end of the loan, they refused because it was less than 6 months. They came and repossessed the vehicle and there is a XXXX balance I told them that this is a wash because I was sold a vehicle that clearly did not get fully inspected or repairs and the " warranty '' I got from them included in my purchase was suppose to cover things like this but didn't. I was also told during the contract signing it would be covered but it is not. Additionally I was supposed to have GAP coverage but it was not added. I was lied too through this entires process.
