I paid my bill in full to Comenity- Victoria Secret XXXX XXXX before the due date through my XXXX XXXX XXXX TD Bank. They didn't receive the payment. I received another bill from them in XXXX. I have not made any charges to this account since the XXXX time purchase in XXXX. I was directed to their website to upload proof of payment. I have done that. I gave documentation that the bill was paid to them and that they had it. Finally, I had my bank stop payment and reissue the payment since they couldn't figure it out. They have been charging me interest and late fees now totaling {$140.00} on a bill that was paid in full and on time. Please note that Comenity-Victoria Secret had an mailing address change. However, Comenity- J.Crew had the same change and I incurred no problem with having my payment debited. I requested my credit card closed and they have done that except they are still requiring payment for the {$140.00}. Comenity-Victoria Secret 's practices are predatory and fraudulent. I should not be penalized for their inability to find a payment that was made to them.
