Recently filed a dispute with XXXX XXXX about public record information the company was keeping and reselling about me.METRO2 compliance regulations not being followed. In their response they removed the information from my XXXX and XXXX profile. The company verified the information in my TransUnion file. My complaint is that if this information was removed from two of the three credit reports then it should be removed from the other one ( TransUnion ) XXXXThe FCRA criteria and METRO2 compliance standards are the same throughout each bureau, and to XXXX XXXX yet they refuse to remove this negative public record. 15 U.S code 1681e ( b ) says that the information prepared should prepared with MAXIMUM accuracy this item is not. This item also violates FCRA 15 U.S. code 1681e ( E ) ( 1 ) ( a ) ( b ) 1681e ( E ) ( 2 ) ( a ) ( i ) 1681e ( E ) ( B ) all speaks of Procurement of consumer reports FOR RESELLERS.
