I HAVE NOTIFIED ALL THE CREDIT BUREAUS OF THE INCORRECT INFORMATION THEY HAVE BEEN FURNISHING ON MY CONSUMER REPORT. I DID NOT GIVE THEM CONSENT TO HAVE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION FIRST OF ALL. AS A RESULT OF INCORRECT INFORMATION THE CREDIT BUREAUS HAVE BEEN FURNISHING ON MY CONSUMER REPORT IT HAS CAUSED MY CHARACTER TO BE DEFAMED, MENTAL ANGUISH AND FINANCIAL HARDSHIP. I HAVE SENT THEM A CEASE AND DESIST AND YET DERROGATORY AND INACCURATE INFORMATION IS STILL BEING FURNISHED.
