I was notified by one of the companies that helps me keep track of my credit reporting that an inquiry popped up, I contacted CB INDIGO bank and told them, I was notified of an inquiry, I needed them to remove this inquiry because it was not me. I was notified on XXXX XXXX and I called them directly I spoke with a gentleman by the name of XXXX and he let me know it takes 30 to 60 days and he said I would need to contact the Ftc. I am been a victim of Identity theft, that is why I check my credit daily. I also was notified that Destiny Card did an Inquiry on the same day. I need this inquiries removed off of my XXXX report and the account closed if they were opened asap.
