I file a dispute with Experian about the information that they was reporting about a PUBLIC RECORD in my profile. The credit reporting company replied that the information was verified and certified by the reporting company XXXX XXXX. Yet prior to filing the dispute with Experian the reseller of the information sent me documentation that the information has been removed from my file with Experian. How can this information be accurate if the reseller has certified with me its removed, and certified with Experian that its true. Unless Experian never took time to do a thorough investigation. Which puts them in violation of FCRA REGULATIONS 15 U.S. code 1681e compliance procedures. I have attached the document from the reseller to this complaint.. This info does not meet METRO2 compliance standards ( its not me ) and must be removed.
