Contacted Transunion and LCI in regards to incorrect information on my credit report. I received a letter stating i needed to go to the courts to get this corrected. Under FCRA, they are required to verify the source of the information and ensure accuracy. The courts did not provide them this information so I'm not sure how they are make the statement the courts need it fixed. The information is inaccurate and needs to be removed.
