I have submitted a dispute three times that this account was not included in a bankruptcy that was filed XX/XX/XXXX. I opened the loan with Avid Acceptance LLC with my spouse XXXX XXXX the day AFTER and never amended to include that auto loan in with the XXXX XXXX bankruptcy. My bankruptcy was discharged XX/XX/XXXX. I voluntarily surrendered this car XX/XX/XXXX. In XXXX of XXXX an agreed entry for a repayment plan was entered into with Avid Acceptance LLC in XXXX XXXX courts. I made monthly payments in the amount of {$150.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX, I paid the remaining balance of {$10000.00}. XXXX is still reporting as I owed a balance of {$20000.00} roughly and it was included in XXXX XXXX bankruptcy. I have submitted all documentation several times and neither XXXX nor XXXX will correct this
