In XX/XX/2023, Wells Fargo has reported wrong zero balance on my credit card to all credit reporting agencies. BUT IT IS NOT ZERO ( See Attached Document ). Thus, Wells Fargos reporting zero balance - caused my XXXX score to DROP BY XXXX POINTS ( See Attached Document ). I plan to sue all credit bureaus for FCRA violations on or about XX/XX/2023 - seeking damages and attorney 's fees for this XXXX points XXXX score drop and also for any " eventual subsequent '' XXXX score drop. Wells Fargo to immediately re-report the correct XX/XX/2023 Credit Card Balance Credit bureaus to fix this error and restore my original XXXX score of XXXX - if not FCRA lawsuit shall follow on XX/XX/2023
