XX/XX/XXXX -- - ; I attempted to request my credit file online to challenge incorrectly reporting items on my Innovis report ( as they report the same information contained in the XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX consumer credit report files ), but because they are reporting an incorrect phone number ( ending in XXXX ) in my credit file that does not match my phone number being reported in my XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX consumer credit report files, I am unable to even request an Innovis report. My correct phone number is XXXX XXXX XXXX and also am challenging the other incorrectly reporting items supported by attached documentation and ID. 1 ) Removal of the Public Record ( bankruptcy ) item as per XXXX letter dated XXXX XX/XX/XXXX ( and associated accounts ) ; 2 ) No XXXX entry should be reporting as XXXX no is holder or servicer of any of my student loans ( they were transferred to the guarantor back in XX/XX/XXXX ) therefore any such reporting item should be removed immediately ; and 3 ) Correction and Update of the US Dept of EduXXXX XXXX student loan reporting currently with a $ XXXX balance ; Attached letter from XXXX states effective XX/XX/XXXX ALL of my student loans have been forgiven and now with a XXXX balance ; This account/ item reporting should now be corrected to a XXXX balance with Status/Remarks as : Paid.
