When my Husband passed away we had a joint account and I had a separate account, I took my documents there and they instructed me what to do, I went ahead and did so. Now Im received a letter and a XXXX dollars check say the account is not active and now its dormant which I didnt know anything about that account. This account is ending in XXXX. I had no idea about that account they told me what to do so I never use that account. They should have told me earlier they waited for XXXX yrs.
