Ive disputed information on my credit report over 100 times over the last year and 2 months. I have provided a police on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX ive provided several identity theft reports, and also have provided my credit report from other companies showing the inaccuracies present ob my credit report. XXXX XXXX XXXX Account # : Balance : {$43000.00} ( Identity theft ) This is a personal loan I never agreed to and have no knowledge of it was deposited into a fraudulent account that XXXX XXXX closed down. Also the company sold the debt to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, even though they provided no evidence the account was mine. Ive requested evidence for 8 months. XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX Account # : XXXX Balance : {$9200.00} This account was paid by my Gap insurance so amount of XXXX is incorrect. the true amount was XXXX. The incorrect amount has been showing on my credit report for 2 years now. even though the account was reported as income as XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX via a 1099-C and paid through my personal taxes. its still being reported falsely on my credit report.
