There was a charge of {$69.00} late XX/XX/2023, prior to that a XXXX balance. I went online to pay it before the due date and they were already charging interest before the bill was due. It's my understanding that if you pay a credit card bill in full on or before the due date, you don't get charged interest. If you pay part of it, you're charged interest on the remaining balance the following month. It wasn't much but I should not have had interest charges before the due date, 5 days after a charge. Again I paid it before the due date. If I had only paid {$30.00} I would pay interest on the remaining balance of {$39.00} next month. How are they allowed to do this? The due date was XX/XX/XXXX XXXX
