On XXXX the XXXX, I received the attached letter demanding money. The demand letter was from Revco Solutions , Inc. The demand letter was requesting {$680.00} which is incorrect, and I dispute it in its entirety. The demand letter states that it is for an account # XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. After spending the better part of an hour and a half on the phone with the above company, they were unable to find any account with my Name, DOB OR SS #. This letter demanding money does not belong to me, it is bogus and is fraudulent because, someone else went to this facility and received service/care in my name. In the interest of consumer focus, I am requesting that Revco Solutions , Inc suspend their collection efforts and close their file. Furthermore, per their contractual requirements, I am demanding that they close this account and return it to their client for further review. Sincerely, XXXX XXXX
