While looking at my credit reports I have noticed the following account has discrepancy in the " payment history '' section of the listing : Credit Acceptance XXXX The charged off account is reporting payment history each month when it should since the account has been charged off. This is falsely manipulating the statute of limitations which is FCRA violation. Because of this apparent neglect in assuring everything in my report is accurate, consistent and up to date please " DELETE '' this item immediately : CREDIT ACCEPTANCE XXXX When the requested above deletions are made, please mail me an updated copy of my credit report.
