Closed XXXX account in XXXX. Paid last bill that was posted ( supposedly my last due ) got turned over to creditor Convergence Outsourcing- received no notices via mail, email or phone. Found account on credit report which I called and paid by settlement in XXXX XXXX with the caveat that if I did so it wont show up on my credit ( compained about above ) was told it wouldn't. Now its showing up on my credit as if I had just paid it in XXXX of XXXX. I want it completely removed from my credit report as I have disputed it with XXXX and XXXX with no change made.
